Mindfulness

Mindfulness is an ancient practice of bringing your full attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity, and nonjudgmentalness. If you find yourself often feeling "scattered", "checked out" or "pulled in different directions", mindfulness practices can help. 


Mindfulness enhances our physical, emotional and mental well being.

  • Reduced Stress: Helps manage anxiety and improve resilience to stress.
  • Improved Emotional Regulation: Encourages healthy responses to difficult emotions.

The goal of being mindful is to deepen awareness of thoughts, feelings, and body sensations without resistance or judgment, leading to knowing ourselves and understanding our self better. My integrative approach to therapy uses mindfulness as a foundation of working towards healing, often resulting in better focus, empathy with your self, and better quality of life. I believe you have the power to become more present in your life, and enjoy your life.
